Annapolis is well established and has a rich history dating back to the colonial era. The city's charms include historic homes, cobblestone streets, and water access. Annapolis is also known for its lively arts and culture scene. There are several museums and art galleries in the city, as well as a number of performing arts venues. Annapolis is home to a number of excellent schools, both public and private. In addition, the city has many top-rated restaurants, making it a great place to live for foodies. Annapolis is also convenient to a number of major highways, making it an easy commute into Washington, DC.
